Class Schedule
Holds & Cancellations
All of our students must provide 30 days written notice for holds and cancellations. Holds may be from 1-2 months, and you must provide a return date. We cannot provide refunds for prepaid memberships.
Cancellation notice applies to the next billing cycle and memberships are not prorated.
Tuition installments are due for the full billing period in which notice is received.
Memberships placed on hold remain active agreements and are not eligible for cancellation during the hold period. Cancellation notice may be submitted after the membership has resumed.
Make Up Classes
Please notify us in advance to book a make-up class. Your make-up class must be on the same week as your missed class, and may only be for doctor's appointments, medical reasons, or family emergencies. We do not offer make-ups for STAT holidays, personal reasons, or camping trips.
